The Blue Eagle wavespell began yesterday, Sunday, the last day of September. The last day of September is a big deal to me -- a day I take notice of. Once move inside on that last September day after 12 or 13 weeks of living in tents. I remember random last days of September -- like the last day of the last September of a millennium, which was cold sunshine on the waters under a covered bridge in Phillipi, WV.
On this last day of September -- the first day of my wavespell, we picked up our granddaughter, Maria, who had stayed the night with the other half of her family to attend a memorial for a great aunt on her paternal side and then attended church with her paternal grandfather. We met up with our daughter, Jennifer, and our grandson, Emmett and walked around the artsy halls of Tamarack. The weather started off chilly in the morning and heightened to a balmy flashback of summer by mid-afternoon and then chilled again as the sun went down.
After a week at our house, de-stressing, our granddaughter went home to Charleston.
Pluto turned direct in Capricorn. An idea for my November novel simmered in my mind, and Mark and I talked of a small bit of woodland we own which se call the Hazel Wood.
Woke today on the second day of my wavespell (yellow warrior) from crazy dreams. Brilliant sunshine like the kind September boasts edged every leaf on every tree. One tree cast a single orange leaf at my feet.
I'm reading a novel called The Seven Rules of Elvira Carr and another called The Hazel Wood.
