Day 7 of 31 Days to Know You

Lak' ech Ala K'in 
is a Mayan greeting which means:
 "I Am another You"

Who are you?

Try this: 
Think about
the next five people
who bring out in you
an emotional response.

Quickly,
Without giving much thought,
write a descriptive word

for each of them

Now write:

I AM...

and the word

you wrote 

for each

of the Five

other yous

that you met.

Next, tell why you are -- or are not -- what you wrote, what you saw, what you thought, when you thought what you wrote about what you saw
 --that was one step away -- from you.

You can also

do this exercise

by recalling five

family members

or five friends

or five neighbors

or five ... 
or six... 
or seven... 
people you see
 on the news
 or in a movie
 or in a bookstore

Who are you? Are you another me? Lac'ech Ala K'in -- I Am another You!

Try this: take all those words you listed and turn them around -- everything contains its opposite. Do you think the person you met is always that one way? Can you imagine the rude person being gracious? Can you imagine the nervous person being confident, the weak one strong, the pretty one being ugly? Why did you see them on the day and in the moment they were as you saw them? What did it mean? What did it tell you that you needed to know?

(Note: Sometimes there are people outside the bounds of human decency, who wish to remain in their lower state. You don't owe them anything. Sometimes there are people who bring their negativity into your space. You don't owe them anything.)

As part of the shift in perspective

that lifts our planet to a higher frequency

each of us can begin to see ourselves

and the others within our Tribes and Families,

others who also wish to evolve,

In the highest light, holding a space

for this potential 

to  manifest.
