That old "Santa Claus" theory has to go.
Adding blame to injury is doubly injurious.
"There are two things Gawtcha is trying to teach us," Says author Jessica MacBeth, "We need to listen to and trust our intuition. We need to be awake and aware."
"When there are lessons we need to learn or when there are experiences that are poperly other people's but that have impact on us, we need to learn to roll with the punches, take what comes at us, learn what we can from it, and regain our balance as quickly as possible."
When troubles beset us and upsets arrive in our lives, we need to know ourselves, where we've been and where we believe we are going, and all of that from within the awake moment in which we are currently living.
